Everyone in my family eats chilli... except me.
As such, I drool when I see the rest of the family eating delicious looking chilli dishes like the one you see above.
Sometimes, I am tempted to give the dish a try, often to end up reaching for a glass of water almost immediately.
Sometimes, I "chicken out" and give the dish a miss.
How do I convert myself to a chilli-eater? I seem to be missing out on a lot of delicious food.
Any advice?
