Bedok Interchange again!

The food establishment that is being featured today is none other than Bedok Interchange.

The bus interchange at Bedok is also in the midst of the town centre. As such, other than shops, there are also two hawker centres and several food outlets over there.

The duck rice that you see below was bought from a stall located in a coffee shop next to the hawker centre. FIL and MIL like to patronise this coffee shop.

The fried noodles (with ingredients) that you see in the photograph below was bought from a stall at the hawker centre. This is one of my two favourite "breakfast beehoon" stalls, the other one being located at the Marine Parade hawker centre.

Bon appetit!

Block 168

There is a block of HDB flats (Block 168) located near Da's Uncle's home. If I am not mistaken, it is at Bedok South Avenue 3. At the bottom of the block is a coffee shop that opens till late.

One of the stalls located at this coffee shop is a stall selling "western food". Da and I have patronised this stall several times and we like the food.

Here are some of our recommendations from this stall....

Fish and chips are very popular with Singaporeans:-

We also like the fried rice:-

The stall sells salad as well. This is their chicken salad. The vegetables are fresh and crunchy and the salad is delicious:-

How does one end a delicious meal like the above? Well, with homemade mixed fruit and cereal muffins and peanut butter cake, of course!

And to complement the meal... rock melon.
