Jesus is willing

We all know that Jesus shed blood and died for our sins, once forever.

However, do we know why He died on the Cross? It was to redeem us from the curse of the law.

It is the Cross that has made all the difference. All our works will never get us a place in heaven. Today, there is only one sin that is unpardonable. It is the sin of unbelief. All other sins have been forgiven by God forever.

We are redeemed from every sickness and disease.

Jesus redeemed us from the curse that came with sin.

We know the story of the woman who suffered from the bone problem for 18 years. Do you know the significance of the number of years that she had suffered? Yes, 18 is 6 + 6 + 6, the number of the devil! She was bent over and she could only see the sandals of people around her. In the Jewish synagogue, the women are separated from the men. Often, the women's section is on an upper level. Given the fact that the woman was bent over, how could Jesus have seen her when he was teaching in the synagogue? And yet, He saw her and He called her towards Him. He was full of compassion for her condition and He Healed her.

Sometimes, we think that the Lord does not see us or does not know what we are going through. This is farther from the truth. The Lord knows the challenges that we are facing. He is waiting for us to call out to Him to save us. He is so gracious that He will never impose His will on us. All we need to do is believe.

The more we run after Jesus, the more blessings will run after us.

The law disqualifies us. Jesus, by his death, has qualified us.

Jesus is willing. All we have to do is to believe.
