We had a quiet third day of Chinese New Year at home today.We ate bak kwa sandwich for our late breakfast.
Our tea break comprised Ipoh white coffee tarik (with less sugar) and walnut cake from Carrefour.
We had initially intended to visit the parents of my kor-kors but were not able to make it as we had visitors to our home - FIL and MIL. As I had not done any grocery shopping in the past few days, we decided to order home delivery pizza from Canadian 2-for-1 pizza.
To complement the meal, I baked some garlic bread using homemade bread and homemade garlic spread.
It was a simple meal but very enjoyable as the food was eaten while it was piping hot.
FIL is not a big fan of fast food but he was very sporting and he ate two slices of the pizza.
Princess had her first taste of Mandarin oranges today and she enjoyed it thoroughly.
